This Country’s youth has never been more energized in seeking the change we need in a global economy with such cultural, ethnic, and religious diversity joining together to effectuate a new outcome – not talk of a brighter tomorrow but to realize that new day today!
Yet, it is challenging to talk of change on such a large scale when so much of our youth seek this change from sources other than themselves. While we see a shift in perception, there is still a lack of personal responsibility, of young people willing to own their own upset, to express feelings through responsible communication and not through the barrel of a gun.
Royal Amber Rojas understands this fracture within our country’s youth and the need to repair it so our today and tomorrow are not wishful thinking, but manifested through thoughtful interaction. Amber knows what it is like to be on both sides of the gun, of making choices that risked her life and the lives of others, of choices that reflected not what was possible within her, but the impossible odds she faced in her youth.
Yet somewhere inside of her burned a flame – a belief that said, “I am better than the choices I have made. I am better than the reality I have created.” With that foundation, Amber turned her life around from the inside out, rising above her own expectations, above what anyone thought was possible, and erasing the words, “You can’t” from her mind and from her heart.
Today, at 33, Amber is a mother, author, speaker, coach and radio host, helping teenagers, young adults, and people from all walks of life, of all backgrounds and beliefs, claim what is given to them by birth – the ability to choose, and to do so with greater respect for themselves and others. Amber inspires them in co-creating with the universe whatever they can imagine for themselves, utilizing a variety of techniques and processes designed to latch on to their spirit, and allow them to soar to heights never imagined. Her style is intense, demanding, inspiring – and at times – relentless. She sees the potential in you and she will never back down or back away until you can see it for yourself.
